Terms of Service
By using KashiKai, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the service.
1. The Service
KashiKai is a financial management application for freelancers and self-employed individuals in Japan. It provides tools for tracking income and expenses, estimating taxes, and accessing AI-powered financial guidance.
⚠️ KashiKai is a financial management tool, not a licensed tax advisor. Tax estimates are approximations only. Always consult a certified tax accountant (税理士) for official filings.
2. Account Registration
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited
3. Subscription & Payments
- Free plan: limited to 20 transactions per month, 5 AI messages per day
- Pro Monthly: ¥1,980/month (promotional coupons may apply) — unlimited transactions and AI, full tax reports, client management
- Pro Annual: ¥5,000/year — the same Pro features for 12 months
- Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected monthly or annual billing period until cancelled
- Payments are processed by Stripe in Japanese Yen (¥)
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.
Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription if you have not used the service. Contact us at the email below to request a refund.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use KashiKai for illegal financial activities or tax evasion
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the AI assistant to generate false financial documents
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of KashiKai is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store your financial data securely and never sell it to third parties. You retain full ownership of all data you input.
7. Limitation of Liability
KashiKai is provided "as is." We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on the app's estimates or AI responses. Tax calculations are estimates only and do not constitute professional tax advice.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with at least 30 days notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

⚠️ O KashiKai é uma ferramenta de gestão financeira, não um consultor fiscal licenciado. As estimativas de impostos são apenas aproximações. Consulte sempre um contador certificado (税理士) para declarações oficiais.
2. Cadastro de Conta
- Você deve ter 18 anos ou mais para criar uma conta
- Você é responsável por manter a segurança das suas credenciais
- Você deve fornecer informações precisas e verdadeiras no cadastro
- Uma conta por pessoa — criar múltiplas contas para contornar limites do plano é proibido
3. Assinatura e Pagamentos
- Plano Grátis: limitado a 20 transações por mês, 5 mensagens de IA por dia
- Pro Mensal: ¥1.980/mês (cupons promocionais podem ser aplicados) — transações e IA ilimitados, relatórios fiscais completos, gestão de clientes
- Pro Anual: ¥5.000/ano — os mesmos recursos Pro por 12 meses
- As assinaturas renovam automaticamente conforme o período mensal ou anual escolhido até o cancelamento
- Os pagamentos são processados pelo Stripe em Iene Japonês (¥)
4. Cancelamento e Reembolsos
Você pode cancelar sua assinatura a qualquer momento nas configurações da sua conta. O cancelamento entra em vigor no final do período de cobrança atual — você mantém acesso completo até lá.
Reembolsos estão disponíveis em até 7 dias após a assinatura inicial, caso você não tenha usado o serviço. Entre em contato pelo e-mail abaixo para solicitar.
5. Uso Aceitável
Você concorda em não:
- Usar o KashiKai para atividades financeiras ilegais ou evasão fiscal
- Tentar fazer engenharia reversa, hackear ou interromper o serviço
- Compartilhar suas credenciais de conta com outras pessoas
- Usar o assistente de IA para gerar documentos financeiros falsos
6. Dados e Privacidade
O uso do KashiKai também é regido pela nossa Política de Privacidade. Armazenamos seus dados financeiros com segurança e nunca os vendemos a terceiros. Você mantém total propriedade de todos os dados inseridos.
7. Limitação de Responsabilidade
O KashiKai é fornecido "como está". Não nos responsabilizamos por decisões financeiras tomadas com base nas estimativas do app ou respostas da IA. Os cálculos de impostos são apenas estimativas e não constituem assessoria fiscal profissional.
8. Alterações nos Termos
Podemos atualizar estes termos com pelo menos 30 dias de aviso por e-mail ou notificação no app. O uso contínuo após as alterações entrarem em vigor constitui aceitação.
9. Lei Aplicável
Estes termos são regidos pelas leis do Japão. Quaisquer disputas serão resolvidas nos tribunais de Tóquio, Japão.

KashiKaiをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。ご利用前に必ずお読みください。同意いただけない場合は、サービスをご利用いただけません。
1. サービスについて
KashiKaiは、日本在住のフリーランス・自営業者向けの財務管理アプリケーションです。収入・支出の管理、税金試算、AIを活用した財務アドバイスなどの機能を提供します。
⚠️ KashiKaiは財務管理ツールであり、認定税務アドバイザーではありません。税金の試算はあくまでも概算です。正式な申告については、必ず税理士にご相談ください。
2. アカウント登録
- アカウント作成には18歳以上であることが必要です
- アカウントの認証情報のセキュリティ管理はお客様の責任となります
- 登録時には正確かつ真実の情報を提供してください
- 1人につき1アカウントのみ — プランの制限を回避するための複数アカウント作成は禁止です
3. サブスクリプションと支払い
- 無料プラン：月20件の取引、1日5件のAIメッセージに制限
- Pro月額：¥1,980/月（プロモーションクーポン適用の場合あり）— 取引数・AI無制限、税金レポート完全版、クライアント管理
- Pro年間：¥5,000/年 — 同じPro機能を12か月利用可能
- サブスクリプションは選択した月額または年額の請求期間ごとに、キャンセルまで自動更新されます
- 支払いはStripeにより日本円（¥）で処理されます
4. キャンセルと返金
サブスクリプションはアカウント設定からいつでもキャンセルできます。キャンセルは現在の請求期間の終了時に有効となり、それまではフルアクセスが維持されます。
サービスをご利用でない場合、初回サブスクリプション日から7日以内であれば返金対応いたします。下記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。
5. 禁止事項
以下の行為を禁止します：
- 違法な財務活動や脱税へのKashiKaiの利用
- サービスのリバースエンジニアリング、不正アクセス、妨害
- アカウント認証情報の第三者との共有
- AIアシスタントを使用した虚偽の財務書類の作成
6. データとプライバシー
KashiKaiのご利用はプライバシーポリシーにも準拠します。財務データは安全に保管され、第三者に販売されることはありません。入力されたすべてのデータの所有権はお客様に帰属します。
7. 免責事項
KashiKaiは「現状のまま」提供されます。アプリの試算やAI回答に基づく財務上の決定について、当社は一切責任を負いません。税金計算はあくまでも概算であり、専門的な税務アドバイスを構成するものではありません。
8. 規約の変更
本規約は、メールまたはアプリ内通知にて少なくとも30日前に告知の上、更新されることがあります。変更後もサービスを継続してご利用いただく場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。
9. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争は東京都の裁判所にて解決されます。

KashiKai 是面向在日自由职业者和个体经营者的财务管理应用程序，提供收支追踪、税款估算及 AI 财务指导等功能。
⚠️ KashiKai 是财务管理工具，并非持牌税务顾问。税款估算仅供参考，正式申报请务必咨询持证税务师（税理士）。
2. 账户注册
- 您须年满18周岁方可创建账户
- 您有责任保管好自己的账户凭证
- 注册时须提供准确、真实的信息
- 每人限注册一个账户，禁止创建多个账户以规避套餐限制
3. 订阅与付款
- 免费套餐：每月最多20笔交易，每日5条AI消息
- Pro月付：¥1,980/月（可使用促销优惠码）— 无限交易、无限AI、完整税务报告、客户管理
- Pro年付：¥5,000/年 — 12个月使用相同的Pro功能
- 订阅将按所选月付或年付周期自动续费，直至取消
- 通过 Stripe 以日元（¥）处理付款
4. 取消与退款
您可随时在账户设置中取消订阅。取消将在当前计费周期结束时生效，期间您仍可享有完整服务。
若在首次订阅后7天内尚未使用服务，可申请退款，请通过以下邮箱联系我们。
5. 使用规范
您同意不得：
- 将 KashiKai 用于非法金融活动或逃税
- 尝试对服务进行逆向工程、入侵或干扰
- 与他人共享账户凭证
- 使用 AI 助手生成虚假财务文件
6. 数据与隐私
您使用 KashiKai 同时受我们隐私政策的约束。我们安全存储您的财务数据，绝不向第三方出售。您对所有输入数据拥有完整所有权。
7. 责任限制
KashiKai 按"现状"提供。我们不对基于应用估算或AI回复所做的任何财务决策承担责任。税款计算仅为估算，不构成专业税务建议。
8. 条款变更
我们可能更新本条款，届时将提前至少30天通过电子邮件或应用内通知告知。变更生效后继续使用即视为接受。
9. 适用法律
本条款受日本法律管辖，任何争议将在日本东京法院解决。
